Built in Abu Dhabi, for how the Gulf works
Talsila comes from operators who spent years running external teams across the region and kept hitting the same wall: the work was serious, and the tooling was a spreadsheet.
The name
Talsila joins talent with sila, the Arabic word for link or connection. It also echoes silsila, a chain: a sequence of trusted links. That is the product in one word. Every external worker becomes a strong, verified link in one connected chain of work, from request to payment to record.
What we are building
Software, not services. Talsila is a platform and a system of record for the external workforce, with an AI layer that prepares decisions and a hard rule that we never hold anyone's money.
We are starting in the UAE with a small group of design partners, and we will expand into Saudi Arabia from Abu Dhabi.

Abu Dhabi Global Market, based at Hub71 on Al Maryah Island. Company registration is in progress. Client data is hosted in the UAE.
What comes next
The four modules are the product. Coming next, from 2028: a managed talent network for clients who want sourcing handled end to end.
